Omnia Protocol – Protecting Off-Chain Privacy

By: Get News

Untraceable blockchain nodes infrastructure, Omnia Protocol, is a truly decentralized infrastructure that allows users to access blockchains securely.

To avoid the centralization of power and control of any blockchain, Omnia Protocol has the mandate to provide a secure environment for users.

The project places a heavy emphasis on privacy, allowing users to access the blockchain in an untraceable and failover manner. Failure of a node or other consolidated infrastructure that can possibly cause outages or bottlenecks is minimized by Omnia’s approach

Decentralized access to blockchain – Omnia ensures other node providers can register their nodes through a simple-to-use web interface to receive incentives. Currently, accessing the blockchain network is controlled by a few centralized corporations, which is against the principle of decentralization.

Private and secure access to blockchain networks with Omnia – There is a vital need for a privacy solution protocol to access the blockchain before achieving on-chain privacy.. Omnia allows users to use the blockchain network without fear of their transactions being traced or manipulated by central entities.

Appropriate rewards for node providers –  The protocol rewards node providers, thus incentivizing node providers to adhere to stricter guidelines and preserve the privacy of their users.

Omnia’s infrastructure consists of blockchain nodes and privacy relayers which act as decentralized API gateways for accessing the blockchain. Blockchain nodes are the ones already existing for BTC, ETH, BSC, etc., and shared by the community. Privacy relayers can be run by anyone to boost their rewards.

Omnia is closing the privacy gap between on-chain and off-chain activity. Users can serve both as a relayer and a node owner. When this happens, all requests directed to that relayer are forwarded to another node owner, preserving anonymity at the infrastructure level.
