Edelen to share her story of trials and triumphs on the Leadership Experience Tour.
Michelle J. Edelen is an “excellence” engineer, success igniter, mentor, speaker, and change catalyst helping people, especially women, shed their doubts and inhibitions and work towards their life goals. As a certified coach with over two decades of experience, Michelle knows how to unleash ambitious professionals’ inner greatness and divine talents while encouraging them to follow their God-given path.
For Michelle, she experienced firsthand the debilitating effect of self-doubt. “I have experienced imposter syndrome, self-limiting beliefs, and self-doubt. I know how debilitating it can be. I know firsthand how these things can hold you back and keep you from achieving all you know is available to you,” she shared. However, through faith, conscious effort, and perseverance, she broke the grip of these limiting beliefs and regained control of her life. She is now a six-figure executive in the state government.
Recognizing that many other women are stuck in the maze of self-doubt, Michelle wants to help these individuals gain a proper foothold and reach for excellence. To do this, she established her company which she aptly named Excellence In All. Through her company, she coaches/mentors women, giving them concrete strategies and tools to help them own and activate all the excellence inside them. “I define excellence as all your God-given abilities, gifts, skills, and talents,” she said.
Michelle’s coaching products and services are faith-based, rooted in best practices, and easily applicable to everyday life situations. These products and services have helped 100s of women complete their internal work and get to their place of excellence. My products and services are easy to follow and understand. For Michelle’s coaching style, absolute excellence in daily life and every endeavor is the goal. “I know money alone doesn’t bring joy. And that’s why I teach clients how to operate entirely from a place of excellence. You see when you’re exceptional on the inside, and out, you attract all the beautiful things you are divinely meant to receive—be it money, freedom, happiness, fulfillment,” she stated.
In addition to being a coach, mentor and speaker, this go-getter is also the co-pastor of Fountain of Living Waters Church alongside her husband and lives by the motto, “Always excel, never settle—excellence is the only option.”
In the coming years, Michelle J. Edelen wants to keep coaching and mentoring women, nudging them in the right direction towards fulfilling their dreams and living up to God’s purpose in their lives. “I will be retired from my executive career and will be coaching, mentoring and speaking full time and continuing in ministry.”
