Stand-up Comedian with Disability Breaks Down Barriers in Pay Per View Special: Crossing the Line

By: Get News
Mike Cotayo’s stand-up comedy special airs on January 2, 2022, on several TV networks.

Stand-up comedian Mike Cotayo is bringing a new round of hysterics in his stand-up comedy pay-per-view special, “Crossing The Line.” He takes center stage to break down barriers on how audiences perceive disabilities while providing hilarious insights from personal experiences. The new special airs on January 2, 2022 at DH One TV Network, and begins streaming the next day, January 3, 2022, on Roku TV, and Amazon Fire TV.

“Mike Cotayo is an amazing comedian, plain and simple. He is fearless, genuine, and hard-working. Every time I watch him perform, I laugh in hysterics. I have no doubt in my mind that he will make it to the top,” said Jessica Kirson, a comedian, actor, and producer of The King ofStaten Island and Hysterical.

Mike’s unique brand of comedy won him several awards, a significant following, and the moniker “The Paula Poundstone of our Comedy Generation” from Baron Vaughn of Netflix’s Gracie and Frankie.

Mike has performed in notable places such as The Laugh Factory in Times Square and Sirius XM’s The Opie & Anthony Show, using his platform to inspire, raise awareness, and spread humor to his audiences.

“Mike is so funny. I once heard a comic say, I wish I were disabled so I could be that funny,” said Shaun Eli, writer of The Tonight Show.
