Brooklyn, NY, USA – December 13, 2021 – Nomination submissions are now open for the third annual Skyline Performer Awards, which honors young performers ages 4-19 in the entertainment industry. This year, due to the pandemic, Skyline celebrated their event on YouTube as a Silent Short Film recognizing 15 artist, Lacey Caroline, Sebastian Billingsley-Rodriguez, Ava Torres, Ines Feghouli, Jimena Guzman, Austin Foxx, Jordan A Nash, Robert Levey, Macy Droulin, Brianni S Walker, Ariana Grenier, Jake Katzman, Edouard B Larocque, Madison Taylor Baez (Netflix: Selena) and the amazing actress Ella Grace Helton (ABC United We Fall) who also received the World Changer Recipient Award.
About Skyline Performer Award
The Skyline Performer Awards was founded by actor JAC Carrera to bring together and honor, young performers from around the world. It is a celebration of their performance in Film, Television, Music and Dance. Jac is no stranger to the entertainment industry and attending two award shows in the West Coast gave him the drive to start one in the East Coast. After his trip to California, JAC said, “why doesn’t New York City have a platform to recognize young talent right here as well”. Quickly he and his mom began to set things up and the first award show was done this past October hosted by JAC himself and actor Joshua Packard. The 2021 awards will feature 18 categories with winners receiving the rising star crystal trophy and the recognition. Award categories include: Influencers, Feature Film, Short Film, Television, Theater, Music Video, Commercial, Dance, Vocalist, Voice Over, You Tuber, Webseries, DJs even Featured Background.
