This is to confirm that on August 16, 2021, Mobcoder acquired and renamed ThinApps Pty Ltd, an Australian corporation, to Mobcoder Pty Ltd. Due to the terms of the acquisition, the purchase amount cannot be disclosed. The acquisition will provide Mobcoder with a base from which to expand its services into the Australian IT consultancy market and to fill in the gap in remote, ready-to-deploy IT services.
