Homebuilder Meritage Homes (NYSE:MTH) met Wall Street’s revenue expectations in Q3 CY2024, but sales fell 1.9% year on year to $1.59 billion. On the other hand, next quarter’s revenue guidance of $1.55 million was less impressive, coming in 99.9% below analysts’ estimates. Originally founded in 1985 in Arizona as Monterey Homes, Meritage Homes (NYSE:MTH) is a homebuilder specializing in designing and constructing energy-efficient and single-family homes in the US.
