Murphy Law Firm investigates on behalf of individuals whose personal information was exposed in the data breach at Refuah Health Center

OKLAHOMA CITY - May 23, 2022 - PRLog -- Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of all individuals whose personal and confidential information was potentially compromised in the data breach at Refuah Health Center. On March 2, 2022, Refuah Health Center discovered that unauthorized cybercriminals had infiltrated its network and gained unauthorized access to certain confidential files. Following a forensic investigation, Refuah Health Center determined that cybercriminals potentially accessed and exfiltrated the personal identifiable information of 260,740 patients between May 31, 2021 and June 1, 2021. According to Refuah Health Center, the personal information exposed in the breach included:

• Names
• Dates of Birth
• Social Security numbers
• Driver's license numbers
• Bank and financial account information
• Medical diagnosis/treatment information
• Health insurance information
