A parody of The Twelve Days of Christmas, team members from the DEI firm created their own version of this classic holiday carol to show employers a dozen reasons why DEIB is on every employee’s wish list. Each day of KEIRUSMUS, a different animated GIF features Carey the Caterpillar, the KEIRUS brand mascot, experiencing various aspects of DEIB in the workplace.
