Cart.com Names Lani Doyle as Chief People Officer

Shopify Veteran to Lead Cart.com’s HR, People Strategy and People Operations Teams

Doyle brings more than two decades of HR expertise at the intersection of software, commerce and logistics to Cart.com and will oversee the company’s HR, People Strategy and People Operations teams.

Doyle is a seasoned human resources executive with more than 25 years of experience building and transforming businesses through effective talent development strategies, change management best practices and inclusive leadership practices. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Strategic Solutions Group. Prior to that, she was Vice President of HR and People Operations for 6 River Systems, where she enabled 65% employee growth year over year and an average annual retention rate of 95%. Doyle also previously served as the Head of Talent Development and Operations for Shopify, where she led talent management, learning and development, talent operations, health and safety, and people analytics for the 1,200 person Shopify Logistics business segment.
