Dimura will be responsible for operational leadership, adding to the existing strengths of the national pharmacy team

Jennifer Dimura has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Executive Vice President, National Director of Pharmacy within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Dimura has industry-spanning experience that includes retail pharmacy, clinical pharmacy management, disease management, PBM account management, pharmacy automation, consulting, training and development, and leadership.

At Alliant, Dimura will be responsible for operational leadership, adding to the existing strengths of the national pharmacy team. She will drive national strategy through innovation, evidence-based solutions, and her deep subject matter expertise. Dimura will also leverage her background in training and development to educate Alliant consultants in consultative strategy and inform teams and clients about the industry, existing and evolving challenges, and solutions.

Prior to joining Alliant, Dimura was Vice President, Director of Pharmacy Solutions at a global independent insurance brokerage firm. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
