UserTesting Announces Keynote Speaker Kristen Berman for Its Third Annual Customer Conference, The Human Insight Summit (THiS) 2023

UserTesting, a leader in experience research and insights, today announced Kristen Berman will keynote The Human Insight Summit (THiS) in Seattle, Washington, taking place August 28-30, 2023. THiS is a three-day event dedicated to uniting the entire experience research and insights community. Keynote Speaker

Kristen Berman is the co-founder of Irrational Labs, a behavioral science firm that helps companies understand their users’ psychology–and design new ways to drive product development. As a behavioral scientist, Kristen observes actual customer behavior in the marketplace rather than predicted rational behavior. Furthermore, she often shares her insights on the psychology of decision-making and how to utilize behavioral economics to design products that positively influence behavior. The closing keynote will take place on August 30th at 4:15 pm PT.
