The move combines The Predictive Index's 65+ years of behavioral data with Charma's comprehensive performance management tool, enhancing managers' ability to oversee their teams' performance, goals, and feedback in today's work environment. The acquisition and closing of the deal was completed in October 2023.

Through the end of 2023, Charma CEO and co-founder Adam Berke will remain General Manager of Charma until the two companies fully integrate at the start of 2024. At that time, he will report to Mike Zani as PI’s Chief Strategy Officer. In his new role, Berke will continue to ensure the success of future product integrations, and the evolution of core products, initiatives, and strategies. Additionally, Charma’s nine-person team will be joining The Predictive Index to continue developing the product and servicing customers.
