May 19, 2005 ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE On May 18, 2005, Commodore Applied Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its 2005 1st Quarter earnings. The Company also announced that the ongoing months of execution of the EDAM contract at Oak Ridge, TN by its wholly owned subsidiary Commodore Advanced Sciences, Inc. (CASI) have been successful, and that the Company plans to market these services at other DOE sites.
