On August 9, 2005, we announced earnings results for the quarter ended June 30, 2005. A copy of our

but is furnished to comply with Item 2.02 of

On August 9, 2005, we are making a presentation to analysts and investors to provide a
financial and operational update. A copy of the slide presentation is
