(b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers
On November 15, 2011, Jerome S. Markowitz resigned from the board of directors (the “Board”) of MarketAxess Holdings Inc. (the “Company”), effective December 1, 2011.
Mr. Markowitz has been a director since March 2001. Mr. Markowitz’s resignation from the Board does not involve any disagreement with the Company.
