     On May 13, 2011, Michael P. Ginnetti’s employment with Pulse Electronics concluded due to the company’s headquarters relocation from Trevose, Pennsylvania to San Diego, California. Mr. Ginnetti’s responsibilities as Chief Accounting Officer have been assumed by Drew A. Moyer, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
