(b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers
On April 18, 2011, Robert Trudeau, informed the board of directors (the “Board”) of MarketAxess Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) that he does not intend to stand for re-election to the Board when his current term ends at the Company’s 2011 annual meeting of stockholders, which is scheduled to be held on June 9, 2011.
Mr. Trudeau has been a director since July 2008. Mr. Trudeau’s resignation from the Board does not involve any disagreement with the Company.
