On April 20, 2004, StorageTek issued a press release announcing its first quarter 2004 financial results. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
On April 20, 2004, StorageTek conducted its First Quarter 2004 Financial Results Conference Call (the “Conference Call”) for the fiscal quarter ended March 26, 2004.
