Attached is an English translation of the letter dated December 10, 2015 filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires:

 

 
 
 
 
By letter dated December 10, 2015,  the Company reported that it has sold to a non related party the office building “Juana Manso 295” located at the district of Puerto Madero in the City of Buenos Aires integrated by 8 office floors and 116 parking units.
 
The amount of the transaction was set at the sum of ARS 649.0 million which have been fully paid and the gross profit was approximately ARS 598.5 million.
