Attached is the English translation of letter dated June 1, 2015 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores:
IRSA INVERSIONES Y REPRESENTACIONES SOCIEDAD ANÓNIMA
By letter dated June 1, 2015, IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones S.A ("the Company") reported that, through subsidiaries will subscribe an additional amount of USD 45 million in Dolphin Fund ("Dolphin"), and/or any of its controlled subsidiaries. Dolphin is an investment fund managed by Consultores Venture Capital Uruguay S.A, a company indirectly controlled by Eduardo Sergio Elsztain.
This additional suscription will be used to increase the investment in IDB Development Corporation Ltd.
The Audit Commitee has no objections towards this transaction, and its opinion is available to all shareholders in the company's headquarters.
