This Amendment No. 3 further amends the initial Schedule 13G filed on February 14, 2000, as amended by Amendment No. 1 filed on February 14, 2001 and Amendment No. 2 filed on February 13, 2002, by Anthony J. Cavanna (the “reporting person”) relating to the common stock, par value $.01 per share, of Trex Company, Inc.
