Bastón leaves Grupo Televisa’s Board
Mexico City, January 15, 2019 - Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. (“Televisa” or the “Company”, NYSE: TV; BMV: TLEVISA CPO) today
announced that José Bastón is leaving the Board of Directors of Televisa for personal reasons.
