On April 27, 2010, General Electric Company (“GE”) issued a press release announcing that its subsidiary, NBC Universal, Inc., had priced an offering of $4 billion aggregate principal amount of NBC Universal’s senior unsecured notes.   A copy of GE’s press release is being filed as Exhibit 99 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
