Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On January 9, 2017, Primo Water Corporation (the “Company”) will conduct a modeling call to review the Company’s outlook for its business after its acquisition of Glacier Water Services, Inc., which the Company completed on December 12, 2016. A copy of the presentation to be used in conjunction with the modeling call is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
