     On April 19, 2019, Kentucky First Federal Bancorp (the “Company”) announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share for shareholders of record on April 30, 2019, to be paid on May 20, 2019. For more information, see the Company’s press release dated April 19, 2019, which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
