On November 19, 2015, United Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing the declaration by its Board of Directors on November 18, 2015 of the Company’s dividend for the fourth quarter of 2015, which will be payable on December 18, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 8, 2015. The fourth quarter dividend payment of $0.10 per common share is an 11.1% increase from the previous quarterly dividend rate of $0.09 per common share.
The press release also announced that the Board of Directors approved a special dividend of $0.05 per common share which will be payable on December 29, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 8, 2015.
