Attached is an English translation of the letter dated December 13, 2011 filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires:

By letter dated December 13, 2011, the Company reported that it has indirectly acquired 49% (forty-nine per cent) of the share capital of Bitania 26 S.A., a corporation which owns the hotel “Esplendor Savoy” in the city of Rosario.

The transaction amount was set up at $ 21,390,000 (twenty one million three hundred ninety thousand Pesos).
