On April 30, 2009, OMNI Energy Services Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has scheduled a conference call to discuss first quarter 2009 financial results on Thursday, May 7, 2009 at 2:00 p.m., CDT.

Financial results for the first quarter of 2009 are expected to be released Wednesday, May 6, 2009 after the markets close in the United States.
