On November 28, 2008, George F. Horner, III notified Endo Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign as a director of the Company so he may more actively pursue other business opportunities. Mr. Horner’s resignation will be effective on January 1, 2009.
