Departure of Director
On May 15, 2008, Stephen Light resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Veri-Tek International, Corp. At the time of his resignation, Mr. Light served as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and the Committee on Directors and Board Governance. A copy of Mr. Light’s resignation is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
