ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 13, 2008, Syniverse Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Alfredo T. De Cardenas had been appointed as Executive Vice President—North America of Syniverse Technologies, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
