Item 8.01 Other Events

On October 8, 2007, Inergy, L.P. (“the Partnership”) issued a press release announcing: (i) completion of the acquisition of Arlington Storage Corporation; (ii) the acquisition the propane assets of DeCock Bottled Gas & Appliance, Inc., located in Escanaba, Michigan, and Riverside Gas & Oil Company, Inc. located in Chestertown, New York; and (iii) Adjusted EBITDA guidance for the full fiscal year ended September 30, 2008. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
