On April 30, 2007, OMNI Energy Services Corp. issued a press release announcing that it has engaged Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. (“Citi”) to assist the Company in exploring strategic and financial alternatives to create additional shareholder value.
A copy of the press release announcing the engagement with Citi is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
