On November 23, 2005, a current report on Form 8-K for Integrity Financial Corporation, Hickory, North Carolina, was erroneously listed as a filing of American Community Bancshares, Inc. (the “Registrant”) under the Securities and Exchange Commission’s EDGAR Filing System. The Registrant has requested that the Securities and Exchange Commission delete the erroneous filing from the Registrant’s EDGAR filings listing.
