Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated September 27, 2004 filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores:
By letter dated September 27, 2004, the Company reported that the Board of Directors resolved to call for an ordinary and extraordinary shareholders meeting to be held next October 22, 2004 at 9:45 hs. at it headquarters located in Bolivar 108, 1º floor, Buenos Aires city. The shareholders meeting will consider, among other topics, a report regarding the constitution of an Audit Committee; the steps taken by the Board of Directors as substitute responsible, in relation to the shareholders personal property tax; and a report over the execution of an agreement for the exchange of corporate services.
