SILICOM’S SECOND QUARTER 2008 RESULTS

will be releasing its second quarter 2008 results on Monday, July 28th, 2008,
before the US market opens.
The Company will also be hosting a conference call that same
day, at 9:00am Eastern Time. On the call, management will review and discuss the results,
and will also be available to answer questions by investors.
