Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On March 27, 2006, HCC announced that John N. Molbeck, Jr. has been appointed to serve as a President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Molbeck will continue to serve on HCC's Board of Directors.

The Company issued a press release announcing Mr. Molbeck's election, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference and is also available at HCC's website at www.hcc.com.
