Resignation of Chief Financial Officer
 
On April 15, 2008, David M. Kane resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Reed’s, Inc. (the “Company”).
 
Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
 
On April 17, 2008, the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Christopher J. Reed, the Company’s current Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and President, as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
 
In addition, the Company is seeking to recruit and hire a Chief Financial Officer.
