Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On July 21, 2016, MasterCard Incorporated (“MasterCard”) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 92.4 percent of VocaLink Holdings Limited, subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions. MasterCard will host a conference call to discuss the transaction. A copy of the press release announcing the acquisition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. All information in the press release is furnished but not filed.
