Item 2.02.                                        Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On May 2, 2019, Atlantic Power Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results and other information for the three months ended March 31, 2019. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference.

Atlantic Power’s financial results presentation and management comments on the presentation will be available on the Conference Calls page of Atlantic Power’s website (www.atlanticpower.com) on May 2, 2019.

 

As previously disclosed, Atlantic Power’s management will hold an investor conference call and webcast tomorrow, May 3, 2019, at 8:30 a.m. ET, to answer questions related to its first quarter 2019 financial results and related information. Participants may access the webcast from the Atlantic Power website.
