On May 7, 2014, Nortech Systems Incorporated (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) in Wayzata, Minnesota.  The results of the election of directors and other matters voted on at the meeting are set forth in Exhibit 99 attached hereto.
