Amendment to Form 6-K

 

The Registrant’s Form 6-K, dated May 6, 2010 and furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 7, 2010, is hereby amended by deleting the first paragraph under the caption “Index to Exhibits” and replacing it with “The unaudited consolidated financial statements of the Registrant for the six months ended March 31, 2010 contained in Exhibit 1 to this Form 6-K (excluding pages 10 and 30 of such Exhibit) shall be incorporated by reference in the prospectus relating to the Registrant’s debt securities contained in the Registrant’s Registration Statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-163800), as such prospectus may be amended or supplemented from time to time.”
