Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On October 16, 2007, Myron J. Goins notified SPACEHAB, Incorporated (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from its Board of Directors effective October 16, 2007. Mr.Goins’ decision to resign is not a result of a disagreement with the Company related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
