Item 7.01 – Regulation FD Disclosure
On April 13, 2005, Trammell Crow Company (“the Company”) issued a press release announcing that it completed the $20 million stock repurchase program previously announced on March 1, 2005. The Company repurchased a total of 970,142 shares of its common stock on the open market.
