Item 12. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 29, 2003, Duke Realty Corporation issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for the three months ended September 30, 2003. This press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. On October 30, 2003, management of Duke Realty Corporation conducted a conference call to review the registrant's third quarter 2003 operating results.
